The 59th St–Columbus Circle station is our primary transit hub, serving the A, B, C, D, and 1 trains. This provides direct, single-seat access from the Upper West Side, Harlem, and much of Brooklyn. Exit onto 57th Street and walk 3 minutes west to 315 W 57th Street. An alternative option is 57th St–7th Ave (N, Q, R, W), about a 5-minute walk.
The Concierge Note: Columbus Circle is one of the few places in NYC where the subway math works in your favor—you’re rarely more than one transfer away. From the Upper East Side, a crosstown bus or quick cab through the park is fastest. Most clients budget about 7 minutes from platform to spa door.

Is parking available near the Manhattan location?
Yes, though planning ahead helps. We’re located in Park Towers South, with nearby garages on 56th and 57th Streets. Icon Parking (250 W 57th St) and Central Parking (240 W 56th St) are the most reliable options. Street parking is metered and extremely limited during business hours.
The Concierge Note: Midtown parking is a contact sport. Circling the block raises cortisol before a relaxing facial. Most clients reserve a spot via SpotHero or take the subway. Citi Bike docks are available at Columbus Circle and 56th & 8th if you prefer two wheels.

How do I find the spa inside Park Towers South?
Enter at 315 W 57th Street, between 8th and 9th Avenues. Take the escalator up to the first floor, turn left immediately at the top, and walk to the end of the hallway. Nios Spa is the last door on the right.
The Concierge Note: It feels a bit like a speakeasy—and we like it that way. You leave the noise of 57th Street, go up the escalator, and suddenly it’s quiet. First-time visitors should budget an extra 5 minutes; after that, it’s automatic.

Can I book a same-day appointment at the Manhattan location?
Yes, subject to availability. Same-day openings are most common on weekday mornings (9–11 AM) and early evenings (6–8 PM). Weekends are high-demand—Saturday and Sunday appointments typically book 7–14 days in advance.

What should I do if I’m running late to my appointment?
Please call (212) 863-9058 as soon as you know you’re delayed. If you’re under 15 minutes late, we can usually keep your appointment intact. Beyond that, we may need to shorten the session to respect the next client.

The Concierge Note: Many clients pair a park walk with their appointment. Enter at Columbus Circle, walk west on 57th, and decompress before or after your service. Time Warner Center is nearby if you arrive early and need coffee.
