• How do I join the Nios Spa membership?

  You can join a Nios Spa Facial Membership by enrolling online at niosspa.com/book or by contacting our team via call or text. Once enrolled, your membership begins right away and renews automatically based on your billing cycle.

  The Concierge Note: Joining is intentionally simple. Choose the membership that fits your routine, and we take care of the rest—no paperwork, no hoops, just consistent skin care built into your month.

• Is there a contract?

  We ask for a three-month initial commitment. After that, your membership transitions to a flexible month-to-month basis.

  The Concierge Note: Real results take time. The first three months allow your skin to truly respond to the treatment. After that, you have total flexibility—we never want you locked into something that doesn’t fit your life.

• How does the billing work?

  Memberships are billed monthly on the same date, based on when you enroll. Charges are automatic and continue until the membership is paused or canceled (after the initial commitment period).

• How do I book my membership facial appointment?

  You can book your Nios Spa membership facial in three ways: in person after your appointment, anytime online at niosspa.com/book, or by calling/texting (212) 863-9058.

  The Concierge Note: Most members book their next visit before they leave because it keeps momentum (and locks in the time you want). If your schedule changes, no problem—you can always reschedule online or text us, and we’ll help you find the best fit.

• What facials are included in the Nios Spa membership?

  Your membership includes any of our four signature facials. At every visit, your esthetician provides a complimentary skin consultation and can adjust the protocol to match your skin’s current needs and goals.

  The Concierge Note: Think of the signature facial you choose as the starting point. Your skin can change with seasons, stress, travel, or hormones—so we check in each time and tailor the treatment accordingly, so you’re always getting what your skin actually needs that day.

• What happens if I miss a month?

  Unused facial credits roll over for up to one year, as long as your membership remains active.

  The Concierge Note: Most memberships have a lot of rules. Ours doesn’t. We built this so your skin care routine can flex with real life—travel, work, stress, or just needing a pause. Your credits don’t disappear or expire quietly; they stay available so you can return on your own timeline without feeling behind or pressured.

• Can I pause or cancel my membership?

  Yes. After the initial three-month commitment, membership changes (including pauses or cancellations) can be handled by contacting our team.

  The Concierge Note: Skin care should fit into your life—not become another source of pressure.

• Can I share my membership with someone else?

  Yes. Membership facial credits are transferable and may be used for friends or family members when you can’t make it, or if you want to gift it.

  The Concierge Note: If you can’t make it in, your membership still works for you. Instead of losing a month, you can gift a lovely facial experience to someone you care about. It’s one of the ways we’ve intentionally designed this to feel generous and human—very different from memberships most businesses offer.
